I am SO frustrated. I know that there are thousands of people also looking for work, but wouldn't you think with ALL the looking and interviews that I've been on SOMEONE would hire me long term or permanent? I'm great at computers. Very friendly. Great work ethic. Had job stability (until I got laid off due to restructuring), still nothing!  I get "THIS CLOSE" and they give it to someone else. I'm hoping that by venting here (since no one's ever read this besides me anyway) that maybe something will come through now. If anyone ever sees this please keep me in your prayers. Thanks.

YEAH, I have a temp job coming up but the place isn't "ready" for us yet. I'm waiting "patiently", but hurry up already...

Finally taking classes

I was approved by the powers that be to take the computer classes that I've been wanting. So, I took my first on on Tuesday and, since I live in the Midwest, we postponed the second one till Thursday. However, our driveway is STILL not plowed out, so, I missed it. (Yes, I CAN reschedule. My hubby will have to take ANOTHER vacation day waiting for the people to come. Yes, I really do understand they are busy, but just give me a realistic time you'll be here. Not 2-3AM!!!

Interview, I believe, went well

The interview, I believe, went well. I also have a possibility for a contract position, in another company IF the FT position doesn't come through. Looks like things are FINALLY opening up. YESSS!!!

There are days I just want to scream!

No matter how you tell someone that they need to watch HOW they talk to you; and not DOWN to you, not sure if they are ever going to "get it".
